Maidaan is a new upcoming movie in Hindi, which is about a coach named Syed Abdul Rahim who worked with football teams in the 1950s and 60s. It is directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla, Arunav Joy Sengupta and Zee Studios. The lead actor is Ajay Devgan and you will also see Priyamani, Rudranil Ghosh and Gajraj Rao in it. The exciting game sequences have been put together by Rob Miller of ReelSports, and the music is by A. R. Created by Rahman. Even though it was postponed several times, it is now set to arrive on Eid in 2024.

Story & Review
From 1952 to 1962, a film tells us about India’s famous football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. He changed Indian football a lot. He was like a leader and had great ideas. People liked him very much in India. The film shows us how difficult it was for him and his team. He faced many problems but he never gave up. They worked together and won many games. It was because of Rahim that the Indian football team was called the “Brazil of Asia”. They played in a special way called a 4-2-4 formation. He performed really well and won two gold medals in the Asian Games in 1951 and 1962. He also created history by reaching the semi-finals of the 1956 Summer Olympics. Rahim’s story is inspiring and shows us that with hard work and teamwork we can achieve great things.
