Veeran is a new Indian movie coming in 2024. It is in the Telugu language, which is spoken in India. Niharika Reddy, who directed “Raja Varu Rani Garu”, directed it. Veeran Movie Story & Review & Plot
Superhero movies are rare in the South because our heroes are already big. But films like Minnal Murali tried to create regular characters with special powers. Veeran does the same with a hero who braves the elements. Can bravely control and use the local gods.
The story is about Karthik, who survives a lightning strike as a child and gets superpowers. He returns home after many years to save his village from a massive energy project.
The film starts off well, taking us immediately into the world of superheroes. Thanks to a dream, Karthik already knows his mission. The fights are good, but some people may find Karthik’s powers a little easy. Still, some of the scenes and characters are interesting. The film talks about tradition and progress.
The ending could have been more realistic to show that anyone can be a hero. The film is technically good, with characters like Vadivelu and Vivek having fun parts. It would have been nice to explore Karthik’s ability to inspire hope.
Siddharth plays Karthik well and Priya Bhavani Shankar is good as his love interest. But the bad guy could have been even more powerful. AR Rahman’s music is also good.
On the whole, the world is good enough to keep your interest.
