Yaariyan 2 Movie Story & Review
In a big city like Mumbai, three cousins named Ladli, Shikhar and Bajju leave their small town Shimla to chase their dreams. But life in the city is not easy. Laadli ends up in a loveless marriage, Shikhar can no longer race bikes due to family problems, and Bajju feels trapped in a boring job.
Directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, the film tells the story of their struggles and how they stick together in good and bad times. While their relationship as cousins is portrayed well, the film could have delved deeper into the pressure they feel from their parents.
Yaariyan 2 movie cast including Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jaffrey and Pearl V Puri, does a great job in portraying the characters and their relationships. Yash Dasgupta as Laadli’s husband adds depth to the story, and Anaswara Rajan brings a touching element as Shikhar’s love interest.
The music and bike race of this film based on the backdrop of Mumbai add excitement to it. Overall, while Yaariyan 2 will appeal to fans of romance and drama, a tighter story could have made it even better.
