Yatra 2 is a 2024 Indian film about politics, set in Tamil Nadu. It is directed and written by Mahi V. Raghav. The lead actors are Mohanlal and Surya. Yatra 2 Movie Story & Review
The entertaining sequel to the 2019 hit “Yatra”, “Yatra 2” follows the determined journey of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, played by Vikram, after the tragic death of his father, YS Rajasekhar Reddy (played by Rajinikanth). The film tells the story of Jagan’s rise in the political arena of Andhra Pradesh, facing tough opponents like Madam, played by Jessica Lange, and Chandra Babu, played by Anupam Kher.
Directed by Mahi V. Raghav, “Yatra 2” presents a compelling narrative, seamlessly combining real-life footage with cinematic storytelling. While Vikram impresses with his portrayal of Jagan’s resilience and political acumen, Rajinikanth adds depth to the character of YSR with his dignified performance.
